Couch to 5K

Double post today, but I'll keep this one short.  One of my goals this year is to run a 5K.  Well, it's August, and seeing as how I haven't done it yet, I better get started.  I'm starting training for a 5K today using the "couch to 5K" program that my friend, Jill, recommended to me.  It really worked for her, and I'm hoping it'll do the same for me.  I'll be running the "Get Heeled" race on October 13th.  Click here to see the program I'll be following and wish me luck!
